In this training you will learn the basics of coffee brewing in one day. In a combined training of theory and practice we discuss what you need to know as a barista about coffee origins, espresso equipment, extraction, making espresso, frothing milk and much more.

After this training and successfully completing the theory and practical exam, you have laid the foundation for preparing the various coffee drinks that you find in the catering industry. In addition, you know how to properly and efficient way works behind a bar. You know the principles of adjusting the grinder and why this
is essential for a good barista.

Time control training: 1 day (including practical exam of 1.5 hours).
