Guatemala – Santa Clara
Surrounded by legends, tradition and volcanoes lies the Santa Clara Coffee Farm, run by Ricardo and his family. It is a treasure located on the southern slopes of the Antigua Valley where coffee is grown at altitudes between 5,100 and 6,200 feet above sea level.
The region is privileged to have some of the finest volcanic soils available for the cultivation of specialty coffee, it is because of this that the preservation of its natural condition is a priority. The plantations are under very strict agricultural controls in order to ensure this coffee is exquisite and aromatic.
This caturra varietal is very common in Central America, despite being relatively susceptible to coffee rust. Fortunately, we were able to procure some bags to introduce you to this fine and comfortable coffee that you will sip throughout your day.

Kay –
Very balanced and sweet cup. An excellent hint of acidity in espresso makes it more interesting. Very nice and well rounded. Gave it 4 stars since a bit more fruity would make it more exciting but this coffee is very well approachable.
