Hernan Prieto Soto and Eugenio Prieto Soto are brothers and owners of Villa Clabelina. They have around 100.000 trees spread over 22.1 hectares, where they grow caturra and a little variedad colombia. They are a part of the Coffee Growers Association, a group of farmers working on producing high standard quality coffee with fair prices and economic social and environmentally sustainable work.

“Coffee is an experience, a feeling.” say the brothers. Villa Clabelina originates from the work of a traditional Antioqueña family that for several generations has cultivated the lands of southwest Antioquia. Sustainability is their main objective, and they work to guarantee a product with high quality standards while conserving the environment.
The Villa Clabelina farm was planted with coffee more than fifty years ago. They have been working with Juan Saldarriaga to improve their processing and processing facilities, building new and improved rooms for drying coffee in a controlled manner, and allowing them to also process honey and natural coffees.
