ORIGIN
Colombia – Tablón de Gomez
This coffee consists of several lots of different indigenous farm holders from the community in the small village of Tablón de Gomez. The average farm size is approximately 2 hectares. Coffee is also often produced as a community, helping one another at different stages of the harvest. The village lies high up (1950 masl) in the cold and mountainous area of the Nariño department, which is perfect for slow maturation of the cherry and leads to a sweeter and complex coffee.
So technically this is not a single estate coffee, but we could not pass on this one. It’s just a genuine good cup! It has a full bodied sweetness, clean and a slight hint of mandarin.
