For this special project called ‘Bomba de Fruta’, coffee cherries are harvested at the moment of their maximum ripeness and then dried according to a special protocol. The goal is to obtain as many fruit flavors as possible while maintaining maximum clarity. This micro lot was produced by Julio Cesar Montenegro from Nariño, Colombia. The result is a beutifull sweet coffee with flavors of wine gums and blueberry syrup.
The roast is suitable for filter and espresso.
